"He is a faithful friar who loves the Lord and cares for the people of God." Those words were spoken at a dinner reception in honor of one of the jubilarians but could have been said about all of them.

The Province of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus celebrated anniversaries of Religious Profession and Ordination to the Priesthood at a Jubilee Mass and dinner on Thursday, July 16 at Saint Francis University during their annual Province Gathering. Fr. Dennis Gang, TOR celebrated his 50th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood.  Fr. Timothy Harris, TOR and Fr. Nathan Malavolti, TOR celebrated the 25th Anniversary of their Religious Profession.

Fr. Gang recently retired from active ministry after serving in campus ministry at Franciscan University of Steubenville for nearly thirty years as well as many years in parish and other ministries. Fr. Malavolti currently serves in campus ministry at Franciscan University's study abroad campus in Gaming, Austria after serving on the faculty of FUS' Chemistry Department. Fr. Harris currently serves as Pastor at St. John Vianney in Mundy's Corner, PA and Church of the Transfiguration in Conemaugh, PA. He has also served in parish ministry in Florida and campus ministry at Saint Francis University.

Along with them, Fr. Richard Davis, Fr. Jordan Hite, and Fr. Joseph Yelenc celebrated 60 years of Religious Profession. Fr. Peter Lyons and Fr. Daniel Sinisi celebrated 60 years of Ordination to the Priesthood. And Fr. Christopher Lemme, Fr. Peter Lyons, and Fr. David Tickerhoof celebrated 65 years of Religious Profession.
